It seems that spring has come here in Albuquerque. Just a couple of days ago I saw crocuses – a sure sign of spring.
And, with spring, my thoughts turn to gardening.
Last year I had a row in the community garden. This year I reserved two rows in the community garden. Those rows will be available to plant at the beginning of May. As usual, I will be planting tomatoes. Because tomatoes require a long growing season, need to be started indoors.
It’s been a couple of years since I started tomatoes from seed. So I need to remind myself of what I learned about starting tomatoes when I worked at Clay Bottom Farm in Goshen.
